LetsKlik.com is a web-based online booking membership programme created and managed by China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La.

LetsKlik.com is designed to recognize and reward online bookers who make room reservations to China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La at www.Letsklik.com or www.shangri-la.com/ using the LetsKlik.com membership.

The LetsKlik.com membership comes with a unique member’s booker account ID to be used when making reservations.

Members are credited reward points in LetsKlik.com when the room reservations made to the Hotel at Corporate Rates, Public Rates or Packages with the member’s booker account ID have materialised.

Accumulated reward points can be used to redeem attractive rewards online in LetsKlik.com.

Any individual or company that requires hotel accommodation at China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La and makes room reservations, including authorised individuals of companies with contracted rates with China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La, are eligible to be a member of the LetsKlik.com membership programme.

Membership to LetsKlik.com is at the discretion of the Hotel and shall be qualified on an annual basis.

There are two types of membership:

Individual Membership:
One or several individuals from a company that makes room reservations and redeem rewards from accumulated points in the member’s booker account.

Corporate Membership:
One or several individuals from a company with contracted rates with China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La that make room reservations, however the points are credited to the company and only one authorised individual is allowed to redeem rewards on behalf of the company.

Members can redeem a myriad attractive rewards online at LetsKlik.com with the accumulated reward points. Members can also enjoy additional benefits and promotions found in LetsKlik.com.

LetsKlik.com membership is absolutely FREE.

Membership is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.

Upon approval of the application, a membership card and member’s booker ID will be provided by an Account Manager.

Any lost or stolen membership card must be reported within 24 hours by one of the following options:

  1. Logging onto www.Letsklik.com
  2. Calling your Account Manager
  3. Calling the China World Hotel, Beijing, Shanghai Loyalty Centre Tel: (86 10) 6505 2266

Download the replacement card form to apply for a new membership card. After completing the replacement card form, mail or fax it to the Loyalty Card Centre. All replacement cards will be processed within seven (7) working days after receipt of the replacement card form. Members will be advised by the Loyalty Centre when card is ready for collection. A RMB100 fee applies for the replacement card.

Points are credited in the member’s booker account when paid room reservations made at www.letsklik.com or www.shangri-la.com using Corporate Rates, Public Rates or Packages, have materialised. The LetsKlik.com member’s booker ID must be indicated before submission of the room reservation, without which your bookings will not be valid for reward points accumulation.

Points are given based on room revenue as follows: Each time your room booking (Net Room Revenue) totalled RMB100, you will earn 1 point.

  • Failure to indicate the member’s booker account ID will mean points are not credited.
  • Accumulation of points starts from the date the member’s booker account ID is received.

Simply login onto www.Letsklik.com with the member’s booker account ID and password to access the accumulated reward points in the point summary section.

Rewards points are credited upon guest check-out and accommodation paid in full. Updates of points are done on Friday of every week, except on public holidays.

Reward points have an expiry date, are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Reward points expire based on the following criteria:
  • For memberships approved between 1 January and 30 June of any given year, reward points will expire after 31 March of the succeeding year.
  • For memberships approved between 1 July and 31 December of any given year, reward points will expire after 30 September of the succeeding year.


Unredeemed points will automatically expire without further notice to the member as indicted on the above dates.

Reward item/s in the rewards gallery can be redeemed when sufficient reward points have been accumulated as indicated in the member’s point summary.

Individual redemption:
Please login onto www.Letsklik.com with the member’s booker account ID and password to check the status of the point summary and process all redemptions online. Upon submission of redemption, please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks to process and receive advise on the collection date of the reward item/s from the Hotel’s Loyalty Centre.

Corporate redemption:
Please contact the Account Manager to consolidate and process the group point summary and identify reward item/s for redemption.

  • Points redeemed will be deducted automatically from a member’s booker account once the points have been redeemed.
  • Redeemed rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La will suggest a replacement item of similar value in the rewards gallery. Members may choose to continue with the redemption of the new item or the redemption may be cancelled and reward points will not be deducted.
