How To Earn LetsKlik.com Reward Points
Start accumulating reward points by simply following the instructions below:
- Book your room reservations at www.letsklik.com or www.shangri-la.com using Corporate Negotiated Rates, Public Rates or Packages
- Before submitting your room reservations at the reservations page, indicate in the SPECIAL REQUESTS box your LetsKlik.com member’s booker account ID to be recognized for reward point accumulation.

You will be credited reward points in your member’s booker account when paid room reservations have materialized. Points are given as follows:
Each time your room booking (Net Room Revenue) totaled RMB100, you will earn 1 point.
- Failure to indicate the member’s booker account ID will mean points are not credited.
- Accumulation of points starts from the date the member’s booker account ID is received.
How to Make Redemption of Rewards
Reward item/s in the rewards gallery can be redeemed when sufficient reward points have been accumulated as indicated in the member’s point summary.
Individual redemption:
Please login onto
www.Letsklik.com with the member’s booker account ID and password to check the status of the point summary and process all redemptions online. Upon submission of redemption, please allow three (3) to four (4) weeks to process and receive advise on the collection date of the reward item/s from the Hotel’s Loyalty Centre.
Corporate redemption:
Please contact the Account Manager to consolidate and process the group point summary and identify reward item/s for redemption.
- Points redeemed will be deducted automatically from a member’s booker account once the points have been redeemed.
- Redeemed rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
Eligibility / Participation
2.1

Participation in the membership program requires the participating member maintain a member’s booker account with the Company.
|

2.2
|
The Company may, at its sole discretion, issue membership ID to members who have previously held a member’s booker account with the Company under a similar program managed by it, subject to the fulfillment of certain conditions imposed by the Company.
|
|
2.3
|
The Company shall have the right to cancel any such Membership ID issued by it due to an apparent error and forfeit all reward points that may have been credited to the member’s booker account without any compensation to the receiver of the Membership ID.
|
|
2.4
|
Authorized individuals of local companies with contracted rates and make reservations with China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La, are eligible to be a member of the LetsKlik.com membership program.
Type of membership:
Individual redemption:
One or several individuals from a company that makes room reservations and redeem rewards from accumulated points in the member’s booker account.
Corporate Membership:
One or several individuals from a company with contracted rates with China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La that make room reservations, however the points are credited to the company and only one authorised individual is allowed to redeem rewards on behalf of the company.

2.5
|
Membership to LetsKlik.com is at the discretion of the Hotel and shall be qualified on an annual basis.
|
|
2.6
|
The Company shall issue the membership ID to the applicant only if the application is fully completed in all respects and accepted by the Company.The Company shall not be liable in any manner for the delay in the dispatch and/or the delivery of the membership ID to the member after the submission of application.
|
|
2.7
|
The Membership ID shall at all times remain the properties of the company and must be surrendered to the company upon request. The membership ID issued to the member is not transferable
|
|
2.8
|
Notwithstanding anything herein, the Company reserves the right to refuse any applicant from participating in the membership program with or without assigning any reasons whatsoever.
|
|
2.9
|
The membership program is valid only at China World Hotel, Beijing, China World Summit Wing, Beijing and JEN Beijing by Shangri-La.
|
|
2.10
|
Renewal of membership is at the discretion of the Company.
|
LetsKlik.com Rewards Points
3.1
|
LetsKlik.com reward points will be awarded to the member, based on materialised paid room reservations made at "Corporate Rates, Public Rates or Packages" through www.Letsklik.com or www.shangri-la.com/ after 1 January 2012 according to the Terms and Conditions.

3.2
|
Reward points will start to be credited to the member’s booker account from the date the member’s booker account ID is received. Reward points are given as follows:

|
Each time your room booking (Net Room Revenue) totaled RMB 100, you will earn 1 point up to a maximum of 5000 points.
Failure to indicate the member’s booker account ID will mean points are not credited.
Accumulation of points starts from the date the member’s booker account ID is received.

3.4
|
Reward Points expired and Auto Void by System according by Booker Enrolment Date
Unredeemed points will automatically expire without further notice to the member as indicted on the above dates.
|
|
3.5
|
The Company may award special bonus points for certain room reservations to members taking part in special promotions organized by the Hotel, on fulfilment of specific conditions pertaining to the special promotion.
|
|
3.6
|
The Company shall have the right to disallow LetsKlik.com reward points awarded in conjunction with any other promotion organized by the Company which may or may not involve special monetary discounts and/or other privileges.
|
|
3.7
|
LetsKlik.com reward points shall have no cash or monetary or other value except as provided herein.
|
|
3.8
|
The Company will not be liable for any error or delay in the updating of details of the member's booker account for reasons not directly caused by the Company, including but not limited to any loss of accumulated points or any loss suffered due to a breakdown, failure of machinery, processor, computer hardware & software failures and communication and interfacing failures etc.
|
|
3.9
|
The Company shall have absolute right to close any room or rooms in the Hotel for the purpose of renovation and/or redesigning and/or for any other reasons, temporarily or permanently.
|
Redemption of LetsKlik.com Rewards Points
4.1
|
To make a selection of the rewards, the member may view the online rewards gallery at www.Letsklik.com. Rewards redemption can be made when sufficient reward points have been accumulated as indicated in the member’s point summary.

4.2
|
Please login onto www.Letsklik.com with the member’s booker account ID and password to check the status of the point summary and process all redemptions online. Hotel’s Loyalty Centre will advice the member about the collection date

- Redeemed rewards are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.

4.3

A member may redeem any number of LetsKlik.com rewards with the reward points awarded. Reward points will be deducted from the member’s booker account when rewards redemption is made.

4.4
|
The Company reserves the right to update or replace the reward items in the online rewards gallery with another of similar value as may be determined by the Company. The Company shall have the absolute right to change and vary the rewards and the members are advised to always refer to the LetsKlik.com rewards gallery for the latest update of the rewards to avoid any disappointment.

|
4.5
|
Redemption of LetsKlik.com reward points for rewards is subject to availability of rewards on a first-come-first-served basis.
|
|
4.6
|
Redeemed rewards are not refundable or exchangeable for cash or for another reward. Once redemption is made and confirmed, no further changes will be allowed.
|
|
4.7
|
The Company makes no product representation or warranty, explicit or implied, and hereby disclaims any and all liability, concerning the quality, condition, satisfactory quality, merchantability or fitness for use of the products and services provided in the membership programme. The Company will not be liable for any loss or injury suffered by the members and/or third parties as a result of use and enjoyment of any reward.

4.8
|
Upon issuance of the reward item or the reward voucher, the number of LetsKlik.com reward points required for the reward that has been redeemed as stated in the current online rewards gallery, shall be deducted from the member’s booker account in making that redemption.

Issuance and Use of Reward Voucher
5.1
|
Use of the reward voucher is subject to the Terms and Conditions stated on the reward voucher. The reward voucher must be utilized within the period specified on it.
|
|
5.2
|
A reward voucher or reward items, which has been issued to the member, is not refundable or exchangeable for cash or for another reward. Once redemption is made and confirmed, no further changes will be allowed.
|
|
5.3
|
Rewards in the form of vouchers cannot be used to purchase any item that is on sale, special offer or used in conjunction with any other discount, membership or privilege card, offer voucher or similar scheme unless the member is informed by the relevant participating merchant or the Company.
|
|
5.4
|
If the redemption of rewards is in the form of dining and room vouchers, issuance of such vouchers do not constitute a reservation. The member is responsible for making reservations at the participating outlets at the Hotel or notifying the participating merchant of the redemption.
|
|
5.5
|
For purchases exceeding the face value indicated on the reward voucher, the member must pay the shortfall at the member’s own expense.
|
|
5.6
|
There will be no refund of the difference by the Company or any participating merchant if the reward voucher value is higher than the value of goods or services purchased.
|

5.7
|
The Company will not replace any reward voucher, which has been lost, defaced, torn, damaged or stolen, for whatever reason
